Candidate Disclosure Form

If your community has issued a Preliminary Notice of Annual General Meeting and are looking for candidates for the board of directors, then fill out the Candidate Disclosure form before the deadline indicated in the meeting package posted on your community website (there is a copy of the Candidate Disclosure form in there too). We encourage you to get in touch with your condominium manager if you have any questions about the form or what it’s like to be on a Board of Directors.
