Five Rivers Property Management Group will protect the personal information of its clients in accordance with our obligations under PIPEDA. If you consent to provide us with personal information, we will use it only for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. All personal information is stored on a protected server with the necessary passwords and security precautions in place.

Under certain circumstances, Five Rivers Property Management Group may disclose your personal information. Examples include: if we are required to by law; when you have consented to the disclosure; when it is necessary to collect outstanding common expense fees; or when we retain a third party to fulfill services related to management of your property on behalf of the Corporation or yourself. In this case, only the necessary information will be provided and the third party will use the information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service, under the instruction of Five Rivers Property Management Group.

Website Privacy

Five Rivers Property Management Group does not collect personal information (such as IP address) or any other type of identifying information for any visitor to our website. We do not apply the use of cookies to our site. If you voluntarily supply personal information for the purpose of making an inquiry, we will use it only for the purpose of a response.
